Stitches Removed

25th April 2007 (Wednesday)

Yeah.... Finally got the stitches removed! Snip snip, cut cut and its done, its simpler than i had imagined.... But bad news is that doctor say i need to go back for another appointment to do some fillings!?!? Fillings for what? To fill the gums? =/ Any way have to go back for another dental appointment on 3rd May 2007 @2.30pm ..... $$$ again =.=

Handphone Spoilt

23rd April 2007 (Monday)

Was supposed to meet up with Nash @Orchard. There's alot of catching to do as we had not seen each other for almost a year or so.... But the stupid rain ruined our plan.... So stayed at home and nap the whole day.

Decided to pay Nokia Care a visit as my N80 is starting to give problems..... Firstly is the music player, whenever i play my Playlist, the phone will hang after 1 song and will not go to the song automatically and ended up i have to manually skip to the next song =/ Besides that it is starting to get laggy... Since my warranty is up to this May, so might as well i get this problem fixed..... So im phoneless for the next 24hrs! SOBZ....

My Lust for Good Food

22nd April 2007 (Sunday)

Last day of MC and after so many days of torment, finally i could no longer control my lust for good food after having to eat stuffs like porridge, soupy noodles etc... Today im gonna stuff myself with my favorite Japanese Cuisine!

Met up with Hanzy and friend at PS to go for a sushi feast!!! As usual Hanz is late..... When he arrived we walked over to Parklane's Suki Sushi for dinner after which is dessert @TCC before returning home feeling satisfied =P

Extraction of Wisdom Tooth

16th April 2007 (Monday)

Finally, i managed to survive till today... Went to consult a dentist in Tampines Central "Lee & Lee Dental Surgeon Pte Ltd" Waited for almost an hour before its my turn, never expected to have to wait for so long to see a dentist, it was really a big surprise to see a crowd in the clinic -.- Never ever that i imagine that it could be so crowded in a dental clinic, there are about 4-5 consultation rooms there and all are fully occupied!!

Any way, when it was my turn, i went into the consultion room.... It always makes me nervous whenever i visit a dentist, probably this is what i call dentist-phobia =D The doctor attending to me is Dr Chua, quite a young chap, initially was thinking if he's capable enough for the job? -.- After awhile, found out that he is in fact very experienced and very attentive too =P He kept probing me if i got questions and explaining the whole problem to me etc.... And during the whole operation, he kept talking to me, trying to calm me down, knowing that im all tensed up =P

After the Op, i was asked to wait outside to fill up the form so that i can claim from my Medisave. When being asked for the payment, i got a shock of my life!!! $724.50!!! WTF, the information i got was like about $100+ per tooth. No choice gotta pay 1st and wait for the Medisave claim ba.... Before i leave, a nurse came running out saying that the doctor would like to see me again?!?! I was like "Huh" Any way, went in to see him again, he told me that he just wanted to make sure that my wound has stopped bleeding and to change the gauze for me. Im really paying for the service -.- And i will be back to the clinic on 25th April 2007 to remove the stitches. Dunno how much will it cost this time =(

My medicines : Left to Right : Anti-swelling pills, Anti-biotics, some more anti-biotics (green), viagra like pain killers -.- and lastly the antiseptic mouthwash. The 1st 2 medicines is exactly the same ones i got from the the clinic where i went to for my puffy sore eyes -.-

Toothache

14th April 2007 (Saturday)

Happily go Geylang 旺角点心for supper. After supper something terrible happen! Toothache!! KaniNaBuChaoCheeBye, Chao Kotek, Pua Chee Bye!!!! The pain is really unbearable!! What a time for a toothache!! Sunday NO DENTIST!!! Whoa lao, gotta wait till Monday, dunno if i can survive till then anot?? Or will i just die in my sleep because of the pain? O.o No mood to blog now, will update the 旺角点心when im in less pain.....

TMNT

2nd April 2007 (Monday)
"Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Heros in a hard shell..... Turtle Power" This is a part of the song of my favorite cartoon series back in my childhood days =P Watchin the movie really brings back alot of my childhood memories ^^

Met up with Hanzy at The Cathay Cineplex, meeting time was supposed to be at 6pm, but stoopid Hanzy came late. And its not 15 or 20mins late, its a frigging 40mins late! ARGH... i was like standing outside Cathay pacing around like an idiot =.= Initially when he arrived i was kinda pissed, but looking at his all so "innocent" "funny" looking face, i just can't be angry anymore =D

Left Eye Infection

31st March 2007 (Saturday)

Zzzz.... Ring ring ring.... "Whoa lao who could that be? Disturbing my slumber.... Im on nite shift tonite lei....." Answered my phone, "Hello...." The other side, "Hey bro, its me suhaimi, are you working tonite? Can you bring the Nero disk for me?" "Ok...." My eyes were closed during that conversation.... When i finally got up from the bed, i realised that i could not open my left eye, when i tried to force it open, it hurts like shit..... I then went to the mirror and realised that my left eye is swollen, all puffed up like as if i got a punch from Bruce Lee....

I quickly went on to take my shower as the time is already 5.30pm and im supposed to be working tonite.... Rushed down to see my company doc, the 1st clinic i went to is a disappointment, from the moment i saw the doc, i knew he's a noob..... Firstly he stammered when he speaks and his dress code is so unprofessional!

Doc : Whaaatt's wroong?

Me : My left eye is all swollen.

Doc : Oooopeen your eye....

Me : (Tried to open it) Cannot, it hurts to open.

Doc : (Try to force open it)

Me : (Softly) Ouch.

Doc : Ok, i cannot see what's inside i will need to refer you CGH A&E.

Me : Ahhh?!?! Ok....

He then gave me 2days MC and wrote a letter to refer me to A&E. I was quite skeptical on his professionalism. So not wanting to go queue in A&E and spend too much $$$ so i decided to go visit another company's clinic.

2nd Doc : What's wrong?

Me : Swollen left eye.

Doc : Since when?

Me : Since i woke up juz now at around 5.30pm.

Doc : Open your eye.

Me : Can't, i hurts when i tired to open it.

Doc : (Forced open my eye)

Me : (Softly) Ouch

Doc : It's an infection, its not those common sore eyes, its quite bad, but i will give you some anti-biotics, some anti-swelling pills and an eye drop, it should heal in awhile.

Then she wrote me another 2days MC and asked me to collect my medicine outside. After collecting my medicine, i went on to buy dinner at the hawker center, meanwhile called up office to inform them that im on 2days mc.... After i got home and had my dinner, i took 1 dosage of the medication and went to rest my eyes, after an hour or so, i can open my eyes and the swelling subside.... Now i know which clinic has a better and more experienced doctor =.=
