Condolences
31st August 2006 (Thursday)
Another kin of mine has pass on 21st August 2006. Its kinda hard for me.... in merely less than 3mths i've lost 2 kins. My cousin passed on some time back in May and now its my uncle.... Why people die??? I can't accept the fact of losing a member in the family.... Death is so unpredictable.... What should i do???

I remembered that months before my cousin pass, i had a dream that my teeth are falling out without pain. Then Nurah (a colleague of mine) happens to learned that i had this dream and told me that this is a sign that death will bring upon my family, be it immedidate of very very distant relatives as long as we have blood relations it could happen to anyone. At that point of time, i did not believe a word she said until what happened to my cousin.... but then i still refused to believe it, thinking that it might have be some coincidence......

About 1mth back i had the same dream again, i was then thinking to myself is this really a sign?? Or is it juz some flashbacks??? But after what happened on 21/08/06, my perspective changed. Dreams can really act as a warning for us if we know exactly how to deciphere it....

As for my uncle, he will be resting in peace now, he has lived to the age of 90+ he would have live is life to the fullest.... May the Angels guide him along the way.....

Monday Blues No More......
28th August 2006 (Monday)
Should feeling Monday blues.... but its vice versa today =D Feeling juz like a weekend well spent with 2 crappy friends of mine, and they are non other than the crude duo, JianHui & Chirs =D (No offence har.... =P)
Hard Candy
Met up @orchard, plan was to catch a movie then have dinner. But the best part is we really have no idea on what movie to watch, juz meet up 1st.... then to decide on the spot. But.... this is not the case, "Someone" (Name not to be mentioned) already had plans on what show to watch!!! That's why "He" suggested to go Lido as that's the only cinema showing the show "Hard Candy" =.= Any way, the show is not those gory ones i've imagined, thou the poster gives people the impression that it is so..... Any way, personally did not really like the show as im really feeling disturbed by the lead actress's role. Even thou she's not supposed to be the "bad guy" in the film, but she just portrays herself as a mentally psychotic teenager, that really irritates me lots and just got me the urge to go into the movie and help the real "bad guy" to strangle and stab her!!!
Our Dinner Spread
Any way, after the movie we could not decide where to go for dinner as Chris is on a tight budget and we have to compromise ourselves for him =D So settled our dinner at a market some around Old Kallang Airport. Actually was not anything cheaper than those restaurants in Orchard.... we actually had Fried Rice, Oat Prawns, Chilli Sotong, Chicken Wings, and some sorta of grilled Sting Ray (Juz different type of fish) and the whole meal costs about $60+ for 3 person, so doesn't really consider cheap.....

Snakes On A Plane
26th August 2006 (Saturday)
So long never go watch movie le.... maybe recently dun really have any nice shows to watch ba.... Any way, went to watch Snakes On A Plane @Bugis with YongCheng.... Hahaha, actually was more entertaining watching the gal beside him screaming and yelling rather than seeing the show. YongCheng was complaining to me that the gal beside him juz kept screaming non-stop, the show has already got him very excited and this gal is making the situation worse.... And the best part is.... she even accidentally kicked him.... wahahaha. Thereafter, we had supper @the coffee shop opposite Bugis Junction before heading our way back home....
Snakes On A Plane
Snakes on a Plane stars Samuel L. Jackson as an FBI agent who is escorting an eye witness on a flight from Hawaii to Los Angeles when a crimelord sets in motion the release of hundreds of deadly snakes on the commercial airplane in order to eliminate the witness before he can testify against him. The FBI agent must protect his witness while banding together with the pilot, frightened crew and passengers in a desperate attempt to survive.

Im Traumatise....
24th August 2006 (Thursday)
Am really feeling very depressed for the past 2weeks, why does such things always happens to me, im really very tired with life..... Every morning im struggling to wake up to go work, im so ashamed to even step out of my room. At work, can't even concentrate at all, with all the pin-pointing and gossips about me.... my life has been traumatised!

I know i can't carry on this way, i've got to stand up for myself and do something about the situation! So i decided that i go get some advice from some of my close colleagues.... the only one that really cares will only be Clarissa. We talked for like 10mins..... and she finally gave me a solution to my problem...... to buy "TEA TREE OIL" from Body Shop.

Tonight will be my virgin night on the product, hope that it could really help me get rid of the traumatising acne problem, and be ready to face the world again! =D

Thereafter still gotta wake up again @9am as i got to work!!! Any way, it was a great day thou i did not sleep well as i finally collected my $10k Baht Tag Heuer specs liao..... YEAH!!! The spec was bought from Bangkok, as theres not sufficient time to get the lens made there, so i juz bought its frame and i'll get the lens made in Spore..... (Spore price $570, Thai Baht after converting to SGD is like only $425!!)
Tag Heuer glasses
After that had lunch @Cafe Cartel with Sam.... as there's the everyday lunch promotion, thats why we had lunch there. The Lake House

05th August 2006 (Saturday)
Finally saw the much anticipated show "The Lake House" by Sandra Bullock along with Shawn & Keewee. I would say its another brilliant show by Sandra..... This will be one of the best shows among all her Filmographies. For those who enjoyed "The Lake House" i strongly recommend you to watch "While You Were Sleeping" & "Two Weeks Notice"

And for those of you who have not watch The Lake House yet, my advise is to bring lotsa tissues cos this will be a sad-sob romantic drama which definately make your tears roll......

Thailand Trip 29/07/2006-01/08/2006
Im gonna quickly go thru this entry as im too tired to write long story, any way pictures speaks louder than words =P

Day 1 (29th July 2006) (Saturday)
Arrived @Bangkok Intl Airport at around 1600hrs, there's time difference between Thai & Spore. Thai is 1hr behind us. Any way, took a cab down to our hotel immediately, unload our luggages and met up with 1 of Leon's ex-poly classmate, Wende. Wende is taking his degree in advertising there, so he will be the tour guide for the night. He brought us to 1 of Chinatown's famous Seafood Restaurant for dinner, then followed by some Bird's Nest for dessert and some Shark's Fin to "Rinse Mouth" =D The whole dinner costs about THB$1000 only!!! After dinner Wende brought us to Suan-Lum Night Market... A shopping paradise for tourist, opens till 2am!!!

Things i bought for the day : T-shirts (Lots of it), Souvenirs, Snacks

Day 2 (30th July 2006) (Sunday)
Rushed down to Chatuchack Weekend market, from the name you should know that it only operates on weekends only, if we don't go by today then we'll have to wait till the next weekend -.- Was a hmid and warm afternoon, really shopped till we drop! Shopped from 11am - 4.30pm.... Went back to hotel to "Nua" as the heat in Chatuchak can really kill!!!! Any way, juz would like to highlight on the pet section in Chatuchak, its a place where you can never find in Spore.... They sell all kinds of crazy creatures there which includes, lizards, spiders, snakes etc.... (Sadly those creatures mentioned cannot take pictures) Thereafter we headed over to MBK center. Initially wanted to watch a movie, but i think thats wasting time so we gave it a miss.... had dinner at a famous Japanese Restaurant there "Fuji Japanese Restaurant" serves really good food (better than those japanese food in spore) Went over to Hard Rock Cafe to check it out then after that is back to hotel....

Things i bought for the day : T-shirts (2 pieces), facial products, Tag Heuer glasses (Pending)

Day 3 & 4 (31th July 2006 - 01st Aug 2006) (Monday)
Accompanied Leon to pray at the Famous 4 face Buddha and also some god..... After which we went on to their Central District which is very much similar to Spore's Orchard Rd. 1st place we went was the "Siam Paragon" 1st thing i saw when i entered Paragon is the Lamborghini displayed near the entrance, you'll need to participate in some lucky draw and you can win a LamBor!?!?!? Today is the day i spent the most, that is inevitable as if im shopping @Orchard Rd, but only slightly cheaper .... =P Night time was back to Suan-Lum Night Market to chiong again as that's the only place that opens after 10pm =D

Last day.... chiong back to MBK to do some last minute shopping.... chiong for the Tag Heuer glassess, after much considerations decided to buy it as its only THB$10000.00 approxiamtely $425Sgd only and Sam bought it @Sgd$600+ and also not forgetting the cheap cheap CKone fragrance @ only THB$1100 (cos i managed to persuade the staff to sell me the tester, thats why cheaper =P) Then was straight to airport....
